Food was good. This is a roadside restaurant, so the atmosphere is rustic. Service was ok, as expected. Toilets were clean.

Paragem obrigatória para quem gosta de boa comida e boa mesa. Todos os funcionários são de extrema simpatia. Ambiente caseiro, comida que nos faz lembrar a nossa casa. Recomendo depois de visitar, Castelo Rodrigo (aldeia histórica e de avós maternos) e serra da Marofa. O arroz de tamboril é simplesmente espetacular, banhado com um vinho de Figueira de Castelo Rodrigo, tudo perfeito.

I confess that 15.90eur for 1 dish of the day (lunch) plus 1 soup and 2 coffees is a bit exaggerated. Rsp.: At no point did they tell me that I would pay for the table. Thank you for confirming that you have charged an undue amount that exceeds what was consumed. In no serious restaurant is this practice viable. I'm sorry I didn't request an invoice, but I will make a point of filing the appropriate complaint with Asae with the information I have. Thanks Good Business

We were passing through the road very hungry and the owner prepared our food despite the fact that the restaurant was not open for dinner. Out of the ordinary delicacy and sympathy. Delicious food! We recommend!!
