Arby's - Findlay

The sandwich was squeezed. dude asked if I wanted sauce and I said a couple of two ways. nada. kinda killed me at that particular arby.

This is my favorite go to for a quick meal. They have always gotten my order right, always fresh and hot. Last night( 9/18/22) I got there around 8:30ish and ordered a 3 chicken strip meal, with crinkle fries and a sprite. Since I don't eat in the car I found this at home....3 chicken strips, a curley fry with a few crinkle fries squished in here and there, and a mountain dew. So much for not staying awake all night! This was very upsetting as iv ALWAYS had a good experience here. Usually the same folks on the night crew...c'mon! Yall can do SO much better than that!

Amazingly there was nobody in the drive-thru line. I was able to pull up, place my special order and pay for it and get my lunch without having a long wait. My order was prepared properly!

Ate the hush puppy fish sticks and fries. The disappointment was the girl working the drive through window. She screwed up my order from the word get go. They did that another recent time to. I think the management ought to look into all these screw ups.

Food and service is excellent just FIX THE CONDIMENT PUMPS...its been months and they are always broken. Today there was no Arbys pumps out and one of 2 honey mustard pumps didn't work.
