Biggby Coffee - Findlay

When a customer ask for almond milk you need to give them just that. I went through the drive thru today and ordered a hot pumpkin spice latte, asked for almond milk instead of regular milk. Even double checked at the window to make sure it was almond milk instead of regular milk. I have been sick to my stomach because it was regular milk and not almond milk. Not everyone can consume regular milk and have adverse reaction such as what I've been experiencing for the past couple of hours. Definitely not okay.

Best place on Trenton Ave. for great coffee! Tastes the same everytime I order it ? staff is professional friendly... definitely my spot for coffee.

If only they knew the difference in a mocha mocha and a peppermint mocha! Pretty sure it's the same women that messes it up.I go to this location about 3 times a week and normally have no issue but recently its been awful.

I absolutely love Biggby! I've never had anything here that I didn't enjoy. Fridays are my favorite because I treat myself to a coffee—usually an iced mint mocha or an avalanche cold brew—and either a muffin or a bagel with cream cheese. The staff is always incredibly friendly as well!
