The vegan ice cream is fantastic!I love it with a chocolate shake made with Oat milk. My wife loves it in a cup with the toasted almonds.The staff has always been very nice .

Service was great, friendly. Had mint with chocolate chips and M&M’s. Yummy! Husband got pumpkin ice cream with graham crackers, apple pie filling, pecans and caramel In a waffle cup. It was scrumptious! Very rich pumpkin and apple pie flavor!

We got large signatures mixes. They are very large! I could have used more of the mix-ins but it was very good! Prices are not outrageous for what you get. Loved that we could switch out the ice cream on the signature mixes!

Yesterday I came in and the card machines were down, however that was fine, I had cash. The asst. manager I believe her name is Mary, yelled at us about the card machine being down and was very agressive. I let it slide, I go to order my food with a different worker and she interrupted it and very rudely said we don 't have hashbrowns, it 's a 5 minute wait and I told her that that was ok with me. She rolled her eyes and said she was tired of customers. On top of this she had food shoved in her mouth. This wasn 't my first bad encounter with this place. I had called and tried to speak with someone about it and got hung up on. I won 't be back.

The, gotta have size, use to be way above the top of the bowl with ice cream, the last few I’ve gotten have barely been half full but the price just keeps getting higher and higher. Done with Cold Stone.
