Feedback gevenDrive thru was pretty busy so I went inside. Figured that would be quicker but honestly drive thru would have been faster. Theyhave enough staff to tend to both front counter drive thru to efficiently get both done quickly with ease. (I know this because I recently worked at a Dunkin that was 100x more busy because it was not even half a mile away from hospital. I just think they need to have 'x ' amount of staff on drive thru 'x ' amount on front counter instead of having it be so chaotic unorganized. That would eliminate customers inside waiting 5mins to even have order taken them another 5 plus to recieve orders.
Great service! Preston at the front counter answered any questions since we we’re new customers. Kenzie was very helpful when our orders got mixed up with another customers!
We don't have a Dunkin Donut in our state and this was our first experience, it did not disappoint! Coffee was great and donuts were fresh and amazing!
