I have only basic knowledge of Italian, but with the help of my friend, we asked the woman at the counter for some cheese to pair with the organic red wine we selected. The woman, with dark hair, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up choosing two delicious bricks of goat cheese and sheep milk cheese, which paired perfectly with our wine and crackers. Despite being smaller than other organic stores, the quality of the products at Natura Si made it well worth the visit. Located outside the ZTL, there is a paid parking lot behind the store (€250). However, if you purchase food here, they give you a token for free parking.
This place has excellent selection of vegan products, products and bread. You also have a good selection of cosmetics.
As the only medium-sized organic supermarket near the center he has not much competition, but the selection at this Natura Si is quite large for his seizure. Not cheap but and opening hours are shorter than most regular supermarkets
I finally visited NaturaSi on a beautiful sunny day in Florence (the walk there is lovely). I was amazed by the size of the store! They have a wide range of products, from fresh produce to prepackaged items, as well as health and body care products. They even sell candles and incense. It's definitely worth the visit, and they offer good paper bags for 16 cents or large, environmentally friendly/reusable bags for just over 1 euro.
Naturasi, located in Florence, is easily the best health food grocery store. It is my go-to market for vegan staples such as tofu, soy milk, dried fruits, nuts, whole grain breads, cereals, and pastas. They also offer a variety of unique products not commonly found in the U.S, such as brown risotto rice. While their produce selection is somewhat limited, the organic quality is reassuring, as it can be difficult to find in Italy. The only items I couldn't find at Naturasi were nutritional yeast and flax seed oil, which I purchased at De Herbore on Via Proconsolo near Piazza del Duomo.
