Very bad experience, poor service, ice cream nothing different from any other GELATERIA where they treat you nice….staff weren’t friendly at all! I don’t recommend this place.

Worst place ever, dont go! Super expensive and the poorest service ever. Waitress misunderstood everything. If you sit outside you must order from there kids want to see the ice they order but no! She also completely forgot about half of the drinks we ordered

The staff was so rude. We ordered a gelato at the counter and shortly thereafter it started to rain. We wanted to sit down and order food and drinks but they refused to even give us menus because we already had a gelato.

Best meal in Italy. Nice restaurant with great ambience. Excellent service and recommendations from our waiter, Valentino. The food was excellent. Recommend this restaurant.

Bella atmosfera, ottima cucina ed il servizio, bistecca molto buona!Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Quando torneremo a Firenze sicuramente ci rivedremo!
