Burger King - Firestone

Waiting 20 minutes for 2 whopper jr's. I guess make sure you go to the drive thru

My melt was plain bread no toasting as shown. very bland. Disappointed.

We've been to this location a number of times, always had good food and service. We went in in October, we stood at the counter for about 5 minutes. They weren't extremely busy. The staff inside just looked at us and just let us stand there. We left. My son really wanted to go back, so we did. We got helped much faster this time, but the food was terrible. The burgers were cold, we had two fries, one set was fresh and warm but way over salted. The other set was semi warm but tasted ok. It was the same employees. Frustrating. This really used to be a good place to eatI wouldn't recommend it anymore. Especially on Friday or Saturday night.

Understaffed and slow service this morning. Food was warmed up more than once. Not very good this visit. Had to throw away the food.... At other time's around, lunch is definitely better.

Heavyset dude behind the counter needs to work through whatever is making him have that type of attitude. Maybe get professional therapy? You ain’t gonna get far treating people like that my guy. Good luck!
