Feedback gevenHave gone to this location a few times for lunch and never been disappointed. Some of the best chicken salad I've ever eaten and make sure you get it on a croissant. Went there Monday for lunch and waited in line for 30 minutes. Looks like they were understaffed so no big deal. The issue i had was they didn't let the customers know they only had three flavors of chicken salad available until we got to the register. It would be a good idea to put the available chicken salad options at the BEGINNING of the line and take them off the board as you run out. I was pretty disappointed.
Great food and to go options in their cooler. Always busy but they also have a rewards program. Just cashed mi e in for a free scoop.
I have tried CSC at another location and I thought it was fairly good. It was super hot today so I decided to give this location near my home a try. I ordered a salad (ranch, extra cucumber) with a scoop of chicken salad and a side of fresh fruit. I placed my order online. When I arrived I told the cashier my name and she started looking at pick up orders. She didn't find mine and didn't say anything else to me, just started helping the next customer. I had a seat and waited a few minutes and then a gentleman that was cleaning came over and packed up my order. I got home and opened my salad to disappointment. It was literally all lettuce/spinach and a scoop of chicken salad. It had two cherry tomatoes. No cucumber or anything else that it gives you the option to add or remove when you order online. The scoop of chicken salad was pretty small as well, at least compared to the piles of lettuce. The fruit cup was also not even all the way full. The online pictures are definitely deceiving. The positive was that I asked for crackers and they gave me a large handful of crackers and the food itself was pretty tasty. With that being said $13 for what I got seemed a bit steep.
I've never seen any adult working here which could be why it's always so incredibly dysfunctional. It took 30 minutes after ordering in the store on a Monday and they left out one of our four meals. Never even rung it up as it turns out. It had taken so long already that we just left and will have to share our dinners. There was another customer in the store too who ordered his food online, waited until the pickup time (30 minutes according to him) just to find out that no one even started his order.
This is delish! 10/10 recommend. lots of styrofoam... i love that! yummy central! mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm good!
