Shake Shack - Fishers

I wish I had checked other reviews before visiting. The food is okay, but definitely not worth the high prices. The burgers are decent, but they're quite small for over $8. The fries lack flavor, similar to what I could make at home in my oven. Drinks are nearly $4 for a "large." The highlight of the experience was the staff member in the dining room who was incredibly friendly, offered us refills, and even cleared our tray.

We are big fans of Shake Shack, but our visit to the Fishers location left us disappointed. Upon arrival, the layout of the lobby made it challenging to reach the register. After ordering, we had to wait for a table to sit at. Unfortunately, the quality of the food did not meet the usual standards we associate with Shake Shack; our burgers were overly greasy and undercooked, while the French fries had a texture resembling thick cardboard and tasted as if they had been microwaved. Given that the Fishers area is quite nice, we had higher expectations and ended up wishing we had chosen a different restaurant. Based on this experience, I would recommend considering other options.

Do you like cold burgers and stale fries…then BOYYYYY is this place for you! They make you place your own order and still ask if you want to tip them. That’s hilarious! Yeah, NEVER coming to this place again!
