Starbucks - Fishers

Starbucks isn't inexpensive. I ordered a black coffee, but it tasted old, as if it had been brewed the day before, and this was at 5:30 AM.

I visited this café to do some homework, and from the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the baristas, who are incredibly sweet! I have some sensitivity to caffeine, so I asked them for a caffeine-free pink drink. They recommended a grande strawberry cream frappe made with coconut milk and strawberry inclusions, and it was absolutely delicious! This is the best drink I've tried so far. I will definitely be returning to this location to study. Thank you!

The staff has amazing personalities, and the hot cocoa is fantastic as always! Thank you for staying open!

In my last two visits, the customer service was outstanding, but the coffee was lukewarm. I was disappointed with the coffee quality.

I placed a mobile order for pickup, knowing the store is usually busy and that I might have to wait, especially since I live 15 minutes away. I'm a regular customer, so I expected better service. However, today I noticed that my order was overlooked multiple times. It was just a black iced tea with no extras! I had to ask about it before it was finally made. I'm really disappointed!
