The owner did attempt to rectify the situation, but he seemed overwhelmed as well. If you want to risk having your money tied up for 3-5 business days, feel free to hand your card over to this establishment. Otherwise, I recommend finding a restaurant with a better reputation and staff who actually know what they're doing. Thankfully, my bank intervened; otherwise, I might have walked out of there seriously out of pocket. Avoid this place at all costs!

My husband and I absolutely love this restaurant. The food is consistently delicious and fresh, and the service is excellent. The owner is always incredibly friendly, asking about our daughter and engaging in pleasant conversation. We always leave Pepper Thai feeling 100% satisfied.

We stepped into the restaurant, adorned with beautiful Far Eastern embroidery, and enjoyed delicious pad Thai and duck dishes. The highlight was the amazing fried banana dessert served with sweet rice.
