Cold Stone Creamery - Fitchburg

I was waiting for the store to be opened today. The ice was completely melted. It was a shake. The girl who led the new person rushed when nobody was there, but I and she didn't care. I wouldn't have accepted and paid for it. I should have asked her. The owner must manipulate his employees.

My friend and I stopped there. There were 1 employees and she did a fantastic job with how busy it was.

These poor children... the AC didn't work at all to melt the ice on the stone... there were 2 younger children who worked, and they did a great job... only to bring scrap situation for them!

Everyone has been so kind every time I stopped for ice-cream. We ordered a Oreo birthday cake and it so good my daughter loved it.

Very very disappointed. I went in craving a strawberry cheesecake milkshake; this is what I always get at a cold stone. This location was so dim and uninviting first of all. The employee was very nice, but they don?t have the cups for milkshakes or smoothies. What? So I asked for a scoop of ice cream with cheesecake bites, he said they?ve never had those. Their options were very limited, put some effort into the store.
