Dunkin' - Fitchburg

Waited 20 minutes and the staff waited on about 8 customers during that time. It seemed like the three employees would take an order and wouldn't take another order until the first customer's order was complete. I realized I'd be sitting in line foranother 20 minutes for donuts and a coffee and left. Five or six other customers left as well. It was like this last year whenwe visited as well.

Absolute joke. Always understaffed, don?t understand how to take more than 1 order at a time, absolutely the worst part of Great Wolf. They?ve encouraged me to stop spending money on food there at all. If I have to leave to get coffee, I might aswell get reasonably priced food as well. Great wolf should be ashamed, this is just bad management and missing revenue.

They were pretty rude, they also don?t serve any of the warm sandwiches after 12.

It's 7:30pm and there's nothing to eat! The women at the front with horrible attitude,

No food no frozen drinks 750pm when it says they close at 10pm
