I ordered a large Frozen caramel coffee it tastes like frozen black coffee Tried calling but no one would pick up

You guys are terrible at your job can?t even make a Charlie cold brew correctly and you hand me a bag of mashed potato?s rather than the hash browns we asked for! Electric ave Dunkin?s managers you need to put all your workers back in training

Every time I go there around 12 they are out of food wich makes no sense because I use to work there and they have an oven and are suppose to keep up with the croissants bagels and muffins which They don?t this place went down hill poor management
