Marianos Italian - Fitchburg

I've never visited this restaurant before, but today I placed a delivery order. I got a large cheese pizza, French fries, and a piece of tiramisu. The pizza was amazing and the fries were very good as well. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the tiramisu, so I called to ask if it could be removed from my bill since it seemed like a hassle for them to come back just for that one item. The woman on the phone was very kind and expressed her regret, assuring me they would deliver it right away! I really appreciated that they were willing to do this without any fuss or making me feel uncomfortable. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again. The garlic flavor in the pizza is delicious!

My family and I have been loyal fans of Center Pizza for many years. However, since the name change, I've noticed a decline in both the quality of service and the food. Today was a prime example of this. We waited over two hours for our meal, and when we tried to inquire about our order, no one was available to help us. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, soggy, and hardly worth eating. Our dinner ended up being a waste of our time. We were disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.

Edit: A few weeks ago, I ordered takeout and was completely let down. The thin crust pizza was soggy and fell apart, more like a standard pizza rather than the crispy thin crust we were hoping for. There was minimal flavor as well. The fries and onion rings were cold, and while the ziti meal was decent, it was also served cold and needed reheating.

We used to be on the way to lunch and pizza night. since the name change we have found the food quality that has gone downhill and often hit or measures. with the last disappointing takeout orders, we will start trying other places. Edit: ordered takeout a few weeks up check and totally disappointed by everything. ordered the thin crust pizza and it was soggy and fell apart. the style was closer to a standard pizza, not crispy thin as we hoped. minimal taste. frries and twill rings cold. the ziti meal was ok, again it was cold, but again well heated.

Do not sleep on the party sheet pizza. Some of the best pizza I've ever had. Ive had a few other items on the menu and everything is superb. Best sheet pizza in New England.
