Subway - Fitchburg

Very dissatisfied. The three things I wanted were out. Service was poor. They pretended something was wrong with me because I didn't want anything they had.

My 2 sandwiches on the app ordered 25 minutes before pickup. After 5 minutes of arrival after they should be ready. I waited five minutes before I asked where to pick up the prepaid sandwiches. Adult manager? said he just started doing it now. Then I asked the boy what the purpose was to order if they did not make the food before. We had nothing to do with it being his answer. No apology none of them

Had a meatball sandwich and it was pretty good. I was looking for comfort today. The restaurant was clean during lunchtime.

Really quick service and stopped what I actually wanted.

This Subway Subs location (5957 McKee Road, Fitchburg, WI) is very clean and the people are super friendly. The breads, vegetables, and meats are very fresh and tasty. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this location.
