Cafe Turkey New Plymouth

Best kebabs I have had! The service here was lovely, the staff member was more than happy to put our items in our own reusable bag. Ordered 2 kebabs, 2 chips and 2 drinks. The kebabs had chunks of meat which was amazing, most kebabs Ive had contained pathetic slivers of meat, this was a welcoming surprise! The chips were crispy hot and fresh. Was not expecting the decor to be as detailed as it was, more like a restaurant than a takeaway that was very pleasing. Will definitely return!

Had lamb and chicken kebabs during my visit there. Meat was tender and had flavor. Sauces were good and staff were friendly. The owner seems to be a nice guy. Good place to try Turkish food<br/

Really beautiful food licked my fingers off: one of the best restaurants in New Plymouth. Must try really friendly staff. Other Turkish restaurants should stand at the side in New Plymouth if a comparison is made.

I love kebab's so it would be hard to rate this poorly, I think they are the 1st best in town for value, 2nd for quality and taste and 3rd for speed of service. I have had a lot worse than this, if you are hungry it will really fill you up for a good price, don't forget to add the cheese at extra cost as it doesn't come as part of the standard fillings, I wish they had told me this the first time I went there given it was in a tray at the counter with all the standard ingredients.
