We have been in this ice cream shop several times and have always been satisfied with it. Friendly staff, average prices and high quality ice cream. To try absolutely, perfect for both snack and to conclude an evening!

Gelato good though... but... We went several nights in this ice cream shop, my wife and our 3 year old son. Every time we took two small cones, at 2.50€ The one, and a baby cone, or just dirty chocolate satin satin, cost 1.50€. Today at our usual request of two small cones and a baby cone the cashier beats 7.50€ to the cashier. My question about the baby cone answers “we don’t do it anymore”. So I tell him I'm surprised because until yesterday they did. Answer “you cannot”. I ask if it considers correct to pay 2.50€ a quantity of ice cream that is less than 1/3 of a normal cone. Answer “the baby cone is gone.” While not discontenting my son, I agree to pay €2.50, but only for today for the last time. It is obviously not a euro to make a difference but to take advantage of it and adopt a incorrect business practice. Too bad.

Although ice cream is good, I don't think I'll be back. Very young and untrained staff in relation to the public. The quantities of ice cream are really miserable.

The good quality of the ice cream does not justify the rudeness/education of the girl dies behind the counter, went into agitation for very little. You have to be in the public. Never again!!!

Despite the look of the store has changed the attitude of the owner continues to be arrogant and rude. A lady before me complained that a simple ice cream for a 3-year-old should cost €2.50. That's ridiculous! You take advantage of the fact that there are only them in Fregene. The tastes are always the same, indeed less, the fruit ones then are really 4. It is easy to lucrate when you have the monopoly! I look forward to a new ice cream parlor in Fregene!
