We had interesting sea food antipasti medley, all was great and fresh, as well black pasta and risotto were excellent, will go again for different dishes, whole menu sound attractive; cozy small restaurant, pleasant discovery!
This little hole in the wall in Fiumicino was a great find. If they had not had the TRIP ADVISOR sign/logo on the door I would've missed it. It was very clean, reasonably priced and delicious Italien food. Good selections of wine too!. Only complaint is that I waited a good 15 minutes before someone came to give me a menue. The male waiter was fantastic however the young girl seemed to have a negative attitude to serving others. All in all though it was a very good restaurant and one I'd recommend.
I had never been to this restaurant and we stayed Saturday for lunch for a birthday. we were really excited about this restaurant: Intimate, warm and you eat divinely! unparalleled cleaning and courtesy. Once you arrive, after the anti covid controls, they offer you a prosecco with a toothpick and then ordered. excellent appetizer and really original, both for the raw (ricciola, salmon and tuna with strawberries and crispy herbs) and for the crush (sea salad, chickpea cream and cod, burrata with Alice and many others). great choice of before, which could be customized according to the goto of the commensale: My cuttlefish with clams, abogganing and pachino were superb! I could not taste the fried because really satiated but seemed tender and unfrozen. We didn't taste the desserts because there was the birthday cake, but I'm sure they were all the way. congratulations to lillo and chicca!
Assaggio is a lovely place to eat at Leonard da Vinci Airport in Rome. I like the words that are around everywhere that say ‘In Italy each region has its own traditions; reach regions has its own wines.’ The seating here is quite luxurious and found it very comfortable to stop and have a coffee and bite to eat. There were plenty of diners here early in the morning so it must be one of the few places that open early. Whether you’re after a croissant, sweet treats, rolls, fresh juice or coffee, this place has it all. Staff are helpful. Airport has free wifi and there are plenty of plugs around to charge your devices. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly.
