Carmen's on the Park - FIVE DOCK

I discovered Carmen's on the Park in Five Dock while searching for a good place to eat. I was impressed by the beautiful location overlooking the bay. The staff, led by Carmen herself, were very welcoming. Carmen, who is of Sicilian descent, ensured an authentic experience. It was difficult to choose from the tempting menu options, but I followed Carmen's recommendations and tried the Zucchini Flowers and Cozze Pazzi Mussels. The zucchini flowers were deep fried but not oily, and filled with melted cheese - delicious! The mussels were served in a tureen with a Napolitano sauce and covered with pizza - a unique and tasty dish. Overall, an amazing experience that I highly recommend.

Met up for friends reunion, views amazing over bay. Modern contemporary, clean and friendly, service was efficient, food was presented beautifully, lunch menu special $23 for two courses had great choice and value for money, definitely go back to this hidden gem

At first glance, you might mistake this restaurant for serving only club food, but you would be mistaken. The menu offers a good selection, with a lovely view of the bay and excellent service. The lunch specials were delicious and reasonably priced.

Really enjoyable meal. The food was delicious and the service was great. Will definitely be going back. The decor could do with a bit of something to make it more inviting and intimate but that was the only negative in a very enjoyable dinner with family.

We had a wonderful lunch for over 30 of us thanks to the thoughtful planning and catering touches of Carmen and her staff! The communal Italian dishes including vegetarian and vegan alternatives were just delicious and the waiting staff were kindly attentive the entire time. They were considerate enough to let us stay for a long lunch ensuring quality catch ups with all. We even had 'doggy bags ' so food wasn 't wasted! I very highly recommend them!
