Collins Irish Pub Eatery - Flagstaff

The service was excellent; the staff worked seamlessly together, especially during busy times, providing great assistance. The food is delicious and reasonably priced! I thoroughly enjoyed my grilled chicken sandwich, and the fries were even better—perfectly crispy. I highly recommend this place for dinner or a fun night out!

I started my meal with a kilo of Lifter Irish Ale, and it was as delightful as the name suggests. The Caesar salad was surprisingly good; I could really taste the fresh egg in the dressing. I usually shy away from ordering ribeye in restaurants because, honestly, I cook it better myself—unless I'm at a well-known steakhouse. However, when an Irish pub specifically offers a prime ribeye, you've got to see what they can do, right? After all, why would they serve such a premium cut if they didn't know what they were doing? I’m happy to report they did not disappoint! It was cooked to a perfect medium rare, pink throughout, just the way it should be. The potatoes (like the rest of my meal) were rich and flavorful without being overly salty. The cookie that came with the meal was fluffy and moist, with just a hint of sweetness—a lovely finish to the meal. If I lived in this town, I would definitely be a regular here!

This is a lovely casual pub. The burrito and the Färger and Maische were both very good. While they don't have a large selection of taps, the options they do have are intriguing, including a very tasty Firestone 805. The music can be a bit loud at times, but they do offer outdoor seating. Overall, it's a great choice for lunch and a beer!

Recommended! We had the Bottlecap Burger and it was BOMB! Read the characters in their prices look great for happy hour! Absolutely come back.

The staff is great! The food is outstanding -an upscale bar food. You must try the chicken sandwich special. My husband told the server/bartender it was “the best chicken sandwich I have ever had in my life”. Eat here, you won’t be sorry!
