Mama Burger - Flagstaff

First time patrons, so no comparisons to the prior establishment. To be fair, it was Saturday at 12:25 and the line was already out the door. The service team was always hustling, taking orders, delivering food, etc. they were never wasting time. The bottleneck is the kitchen, which one cannot see, so I have to assume it’s the functional layout and/or staffing limitations. There’s no excuse to have to wait 45 minutes to get two burgers, barely warm fries and then have to go up to get the milkshake as we were almost done eating. The burgers were very good, the fries (if warm and fresh) were seasoned nicely and the shake was excellent as well. Very fair prices too…but the WAIT will cause you to lose more customers than you can attract. Imagine being told that the wait for your food was going to be an hour when you were the ONLY PEOPLE IN LINE…that’s how poor the food prep design must be behind the scenes. That was well after the rush had come and gone. You need to get the food out faster, it’s very tasty, but people will not wait or return if you don’t address this problem ASAP

The food is pretty good. But it took nearly half an hour for just a burger and fries. Pretty outrageous if you ask me.

Best Burgers in Flagstaff AZ. It was a pleasure to talk with Mama B..You can order online or walk in/dine in. Clean and organized. A must stop!!

The drive thru experience is very disappointing. You have to scan a QR code then park and they will text you when you can go to the window. It felt like too many steps to just get a bite to eat.

BEST shake of my life!!! Food is as delicious as ever! Crew was super hospitable.
