Feedback gevenOverall, it is not a bad experience. I, almost to a mistake, always order a meal with special instructions. Don't do this, I have this same problem the last two times I went to Ruby Tuesdays. I went both times as a family, they have a wide selection of dishes at a decent price as well as a salad bar. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Ruby Minis (Sliders). The first time I asked the waitress what comes on the sandwiches, her answer was only pickle and salad. I asked for her. I got sandwiches with salad and Mayonaise. I brought this to the waitress' attention, she said she would make me new. After just a few minutes I got the sandwiches and as a precaution checked the chicken, on the bottom you could still see Mayonaise! All they had done was the chicken turned in the sauce. I complained again, she swore, she had no idea why the chefs would do that. The superior came and apologised, especially as I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my meal and had given up the costs for my meal. The second trip to Ruby Tuesdays was almost the same story. I made the waitress realize I just wanted her. After I served, I got sliders with Mayo, I talked to the waitress about it, then I got sliders wiped and turned around with the Mayo. I didn't have to wait so long for my re-order, but was very disappointed. All other meals were prompt, hot and pleasant. Maybe this doesn't mean special orders. On a separate octaka I went for lunch with an employee. We introduce an appetizer and our food order. Our appetizer came immediately and hot. After our server stopped talking to the bartender, it finally came by to ask if there is anything else we needed and we mentioned our meals. She didn't set her up and we had no time to wait. The manager came by and apologize for the waitress's mistake. I have to go to this Ruby site without any problems. The food is good and so are the prices. Maybe that's why I have another chance.
