Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

I ordered simple mashed potatoes as a side on two separate visits, and unfortunately, they got it wrong both times. The mistake wasn’t discovered until I got home! It’s really not that hard—when I ask for no potatoes, just leave them off! Just the brown gravy, please!

The sandwiches were tasty, but half of the fries were hard and inedible. I waited about five minutes at the sauce counter while the employees seemed to do their best to ignore me. When they finally acknowledged me, their tone suggested that my presence was an inconvenience, and they claimed they were "accused" of not having sauces. Most of the time, the staff appeared confused during our visit, and the manager sat in the lobby, seemingly oblivious to everything happening in the restaurant.

The chicken strips were quite small, almost tiny, and so were the serving sizes. I'm not a fan of spending $10 on boiled chicken that isn't properly portioned. It felt like there was barely enough food to feed a bird.

The guy in the car was very disrespectful. Our order was completely wrong and we had the entrance to prove it. He still told us that we were wrong and that we had to be reordered. After the argument he gave us the right drinks and when we went to talk about the food he closed the door and ignored us. We certainly do not recommend these Bojangles. This isn't the first time I was disrespectful here. The four seasons are certainly better.

First time we've eaten here. Not fast food people but their food tasted homemade! Delicious!! Bring them to Orlando please.
