Dunkin' - Flat Rock

Horrible customer service. Ordered a Mocha and the employee mistook it for an iced coffee with mocha syrup, I patiently corrected her and then she instantly got horrifically angry with me and said that I need to order correctly and got extra pissy when I repeated my order to make sure she understood it all. Later I found that she had stiffed me on one of my bagel minis, which I sure hope wasn't out of spite for our interaction. I stopped to get gas and thought a donut would be a nice treat. I went inside to stretch my legs, but our vehicle wouldn't fit through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the staff completely ignored us. If you didn't go through the drive-thru, you wouldn't get served. I ended up leaving without any service or donuts. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently had a takeout breakfast from this restaurant and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The price per person was very affordable, ranging from $1 to $10. The food was absolutely delicious, I would rate it a 5 out of 5. The service was also top-notch, with attentive staff and quick service, another 5 out of 5. The atmosphere, even though it was takeout, was excellent as well – I would give it a 5 out of 5. Overall, I highly recommend this place for your next breakfast takeout.
