Dunkin' - Fleetwood

Worst Dunkin experience I had. The order was made wrong, it was my fault, second attempt was also wrong and employee was so rude. I recommend a longer distance to another dunkin.

Ordered on the mobile app for carry out 15 minutes before I got there, when I arrived the door was locked and was told I had to go through the drive through, waited for 10 minutes there and when I got to the window, my order wasn?t even started. When it was done the three donuts were wrong and the coffee was nothing like how it was supposed to.

Dunkin is Dunkin... but this parking lot design was a mistake. There is another location 5mins up the road.. save yourself the hassle and go to that one. If three cars are waiting to order in the drive-thru it chokes off the exit. The other exit is chained off... AND leaving the drive-thru you must take a hairpin left turn which my pickup only does in a 3pt turn to avoid hitting dumpsters. It 's a REALLY bad layout... hopefully someone didn 't pay an 'expert ' to come up with it.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I travel all across this great country of ours. I frequent DD at least 4 to 5 times a week. Stay away from this location. Store is open but they will not unlock the doors for guest to eat inside. When questioned aboutwhy the door was locked I was told to mind my f'ing businesss and they didn't have to unlock the doors. I have never been sodisrespected by a business. If this is how this location runs their business I am truly disappointed that the corporate officewould let this type of behavior continue. I've read the other reviews and I can say this is not the first time they haveexhibited this type of behavior. I will not return to this location again. I would never treat one of my customers like thisconsidering they pay my paycheck. Shame on you and the team of employees that work here.

Show up 2 hours before closing and employees were BOTH outside smoking. When approached they stated only hot and ice, we were okay with that. They unlocked the front door and let us in. Seating area could use a wipe down and a sweep. People who arrivedafter us were told the inside closed in 10 minutes, and it wasn't even 7pm yet
