Dunkin' - Fleetwood

When I moved to this city in 2019, I really enjoyed visiting this place. They consistently made excellent lattes and sandwiches. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been quite disappointing. I don’t know if it’s due to the influx of new residents, but my visits over the last few times felt like a waste of money. The sandwiches were either cold or overcooked, and the hot mocha lattes lacked flavor, tasting more like whipped cream than a proper coffee. The glazed donuts were nothing like they used to be; they were just dry and unappealing. Additionally, the service was quite slow. Overall, it's been a letdown.

Horrible service and quality! This is the next Dunkin to me that is comfortable, but every time I go there, they don't get my coffee order right and they always forget to give me a part of my order. Some of the people who work there also have settings and one of the girls does NOT wear a mask. I'll drive the extra 8 minutes to go to another dunkin!

The food used to be quite good, but it seems that the quality has gradually declined over time. However, your vanilla chai is excellent.

Clean and well stocked with product even at 2 in the afternoon. I do wish they would have more than 1 or 2 coffee cake muffins at a time.

I received a free drink for my birthday, so I decided to visit this restaurant to redeem it. However, they said the coupon wasn't working and refused to let me use it. I was quite disappointed that they wouldn't honor the coupon. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location again.
