Saigon Wok - Fleming Island

Wow! I grew up loving Pad Thai and try to find the best in town, a great one is hard to find. I can say that this place has the best Pad Thai in town! Great value and such a nice owner/staff! He gave me great tips for my noodle dishes at home! Everything is very fresh. A must try restaurant!

I come here all the time and was highly disappointed at tonight's service! I came in, sat down for 5 minutes and nobody took my order. Then two guys walk in, and immediately had their order taken. I was patiently waited for the server to come back and she made her way over to the other table to clean. I then asked if she could take my order when she came back, and she sent some guy over. I asked for a water which took 8 minutes to get. 20 mins passed passed and still no sesame chicken. Yet there had been two more guests come in who received their food before mine!!!! I then ask the girl how much longer and she said she would go check. After 5 minutes I asked her again, and she apologized and said let me go check. 3 mins later she went back to the other table and I said how much longer and she said they're making it right now. I said OK, but was highly upset by then! Finally my food was brought out and I told the manager what happened and she said she would take off $3.00 even though they took off something in full for the other customer!!!I said OK, ate my food and left. I won't be back! I have spent A LOT of money here and guess I wasn't able to even get a free meal after I sat here for almost an hour, while others were served!! Ohhhh, and let's not forget the boy who took my order never even came back to check on me and I had to ask for my check twice! **** POOR SERVICE! You lost a loyal customer! Thanks for taking off the $3.00?

We've eaten here 3-4 times and have always had a great experience. The food is fresh and flavorful. Don't forget to order a boba drink! Melon and mango are our favorites.

Reasonable prices the food was overall good however I ordered meatball and beef Pho sadly I didn't get any meatballs for my take out order. The Broth was a tad sweet. The Crab Rangoons were very good!Food: 4/5
