Lack of cleanliness, 4 p.m. on Saturday afternoon a disaster. No tables cleaned yet free.. Fries, packaging on the ground. Fat hair. Bulbs, overflowing. Mediocre

30 minutes waiting for unpleasant employees who drop the ice overturn the drinks on the customers and all of this without smiling of course people could not have lunch because of the accumulated delays in order errors to gogo a real disaster

In the family we order our menus at 8:15 pm on the dedicated terminals so far nothing abnormal.. we settle, very quickly we get back drinks and fries without the hamburgers who according to the waitress should not soon arrive.. We wait and start to pick up some fries .. First surprise: the fries were not cooked I take the tray and fries to claim other cooks.. back to table (always without hamburgers) we eat some fries .. 2nd surprise: the fries were cold Again I bring back the tray to demand cooks and warm without any surprise from the crate hostess. Back to table with hot fries and cooked sandwiches are still not there.. I'm intertwining one of the servers in the room to make it through inconvenience. himself is surprised and especially very embarrassed of the situation ..it is already 20h50 !!! 3rd surprise: The server returns to us, and we announce that we have to wait again because we have to redo the entire order .. It’s 9:00 It’s almost 1 hour since we’re here and we can finally “eat”!

You are unable to complete an order. It's all wrong! At every drive we miss something! Our last two passages.. about 1 month ago and today on December 19) lacks sandwich and today the drink of my daughter's happy metal! The times before I dare not even talk about it again!
