The service at this restaurant was just average. Our drinks were constantly running out, we had to ask for napkins and silverware, and it took a long time to receive them. The quality of the food seemed to be decreasing while the prices were going up. There were flies buzzing around the food bars, and some of the meats had chewy bits that needed to be spit out. However, the grillers did a great job and were very attentive to allergies. This was a dine-in dinner experience.

The restaurant was extremely dirty. When we walked in, we were seated at a table that was dirty, sticky, and had napkin pieces stuck to it. The floors were covered in food. While we waited for our food to be cooked, one guy kept dropping his skewers, causing delays. Another employee placed "clean" skewers on a dirty table for the cooks to use. The lettuce in the salad was not cut and brown. The prices have become too high at $19 per bowl. I will not be returning and suggest that the health inspector pay a visit. There are much cleaner options available that do not risk food poisoning.

Don 't come here if you want a clean dining experience. Usually, I feel like I know what to expect from a chain restaurant, but this was bad. Like, really bad. All I wanted to do was leave as soon as I got there. Especially after spending $35 dollars on one create your own bowl , one appetizer, and one small alcoholic beverage I knew we should have left after we saw the table. Table we were sat at: clearly dirty and sticky. Had to wait to have it cleaned by the waitress after we brought it to their attention. Bathroom stalls (women): door handles coming off of the doors, and the doors don 't lock properly. Appetizers: menu taken away while I was in the bathroom and before I could order one. When we got the potstickers, they were cold... and deep fried?! They were bland and did not taste like a potsticker, nor did they have the correct texture. Food bars: gross food stations. Food and sauce everywhere. Oh, and also FIFO (FIRST IN, FIRST OUT) is NOT a practice here saw fresh cut food brought from the kitchen being piled on top of old existing food at the salad/food bar. As a person who has spent many, MANY years in the food service industry... I barely ate the food because I was afraid of getting sick. I dont typically leave scathing reviews like this, but... I HIGHLY believe this place not only needs a health inspection but also new management/ownership. Whoever manages this establishment is not paying attention or doesn 't care. Either way, the situation is bad, and they need replacing or proper ServSafe training.
