Mcdonald's - Flint

In other McDonald's locations, when I request pickles on my McChicken, I only receive two, and they are placed on top of each other. However, in this particular McDonald's, there is a pickle master who generously added eight evenly spaced pickles on my sandwich! This individual, whether man or woman, truly deserves recognition and a raise. Let's put an end to this two-pickle patriarchy!

I placed an online order and chose the curbside pickup option at this restaurant. After waiting for 25 minutes, a staff member came out to tell me and the car next to me that they were busy and unable to bring our orders out. We were instructed to join the line, which had now extended onto the road. It was unclear why the staff member couldn't just bring our orders out to us. They should also consider closing off curbside pickup if they are unable to offer it promptly.

I ordered 4 cheeseburgers, 2 drinks, and 3 large fries from this restaurant. When I got home, one of the cheeseburgers was missing. The "large" fries were actually medium fries crammed into a large container and tasted stale. When I complained about this, I was rudely dismissed. I was extremely disappointed with the service and quality of the food. I will not be returning to this restaurant and suggest others do the same. It was a complete waste of time and money. This restaurant needs to improve its customer service and food quality, just like McDonald's does.

I ordered a small coffee back because the coffee tastes like water, even after my espresso I asked her to give me a refund if they have no better coffee, told me the older heavy white lady wearing the burgundy hemd that she would give me another coffee with an rude attitude! my only problem is that they have more than most mcdonald’s nerves, constantly spending trashy eating customer service! this is by far not the 1st I had bad experiences here, but it will definitely be my last!

It doesn't matter that they're holding up their bc they don't deserve. zero stars, order always wrong I work next door, so I bc it convenient, but it's not worth it. they never open the time they trust me, they just sit on the loudspeaker. the personal is careless and so the manager I asked for a refund, everything on my order was wrong and she has beaten my money back into my hand.
