Mcdonald's - Flint

My mother and I stopped by today for breakfast this morning. The visit was nice and pleasant … we were shocked when we checked our bags and jelly/jam was already in there with napkins! Thank you all fr because normally that’s not the case at a McDonald’s even when you ask it’ll be forgotten sometimes. So it was nice and cool to see them already in the bag.

They made a small mistake on the order and so I went in to let them know and as soon as she seen me she said you can keep what we gave you and we are getting the correct sandwich now. Very professional, polite and quick.

This place just took the #1 seat on my list for THE BEST McDonald's food I've ever had. This spot was previously held my a McDonald's near Kalamazoo that I would visit each time I went to Kalamazoo a couple times per month. The food at this Bristol Rd McDonald's was absolutely perfect in every way. The nuggets were crispy but not over done, the fries were also perfectly crispy and salted to perfection, and the Coke was spot on. I live in another part of town but stopped here last week on my way home. Heading back today for a repeat!! Great job to the staff here. They obviously take pride in their work and I'll be the first to admit, I couldn't work at this type of place. That is seriously some hard work and I can only imagine the stress that these employees deal with on a daily basis. Hats off to anyone who works here...your efforts are very clear in the products you serve. You all deserve a raise!! I'll be submitting my feedback to corporate as well. Thank you!! ...and yes, the food was THAT good I decided to take a picture of it for when I had the time to post this review!
