Biggby Coffee - Flint Township

I typically don’t go to this location as they are always unorganized and the wait is terrible almost 15-20 mins every time I have gone, today I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them another shot and they completely reminded me as to why I don’t go there anymore not only did I have to wait 15 mins for my drink the lady that came to the window charged my card for the vehicle being me 25$. She said I was refunded but couldn’t provide me with a receipt showing me the refund. And the refund will take 3-5 days to return to my account. Definitely don’t recommend this location always unorganized and I’m not sure why they aren’t confirming orders before charging someone’s card. 0/10 for me and I will not be back.

The workers here really are awesome. I have never been in, since i utilize the drive thru massing street getting my children from school. Large hot Teddy bear extra caramel, is the ticket. A little more pricy, but well worth it in my eyes. Fridays are free espresso shot added to any drink. Be careful, as it is some real go-go juice.Kid-friendliness: Magic milks are my kids favorites

Very nice coffee shop ? with a gorgeous ? interior. They have lots of seating ? free wifi and even a fireplace inside. Staff was very friendly and fast. The coffee was hottttt and very good ?. The restaurant was very clean and so was the bathrooms ? . A must stop for a fresh hot ? coffee or baked good ?. Very nice atmosphere and they also have a drive thru window if you do not want to go inside.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly place. Very friendly for everyone actually to come too. They have drinks for children called magic milk. My kids love them.

1 person in front of us was handed drinks. And then we waited 15 minutes for them to pull away.

Creme Freeze Strawberry Shortcake was excellent. Just wish it had some type of nutrition to it...lol
