Pound Bakery - Flintshire

I will never visit this restaurant again. When I walked in, there were three young employees who seemed to be more interested in having a party than serving customers. They were chatting about inappropriate topics and not paying attention to the guests. One employee even grabbed bacon with her bare hands, without using gloves or tongs, and then proceeded to make my sandwich without asking if I wanted butter or sauce. The atmosphere was chaotic, with loud music and what felt like a rave going on. The other customers and I were shocked by the unprofessional behavior. I hope the staffing improves or that more training is provided in the future.

Wow, certain items at this restaurant have increased by 40% in just one year. I think I'll opt for a meal deal at Tesco instead, as it offers much better value.

I stopped by the shop while in Mold and my husband saw his favorite, mince pies, for sale in the summer. He couldn't resist buying them. The mince pies were of good quality and reasonably priced. The shop had a variety of products and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely visit again.

The staff charge different prices for items. I called in and asked for two cheese on toast and a chicken sandwich – I was asked for £3.00. I looked at the sales person and glanced at the cheese and toast label that said 2 for £1.50 – the sandwich was £1.00. I was over charged – again – for the a second time in two weeks and was a few weeks ago also ! As this happens regularly, either the staff cannot count up, don’t know the prices, or other – I wonder who does the cashing up !

What can I say, PB Mold rubbish, 9th time this month no decent hot pasties or rolls, this time only 5 burnt cornish available. Staffs attitude poor. Greggs full range avail same time across road
