Starbucks - Flintshire

I am absolutely shocked by the poor condition of the Starbucks restaurant. The car park is littered with trash, and the toilets are disgustingly dirty with urine-soaked floors. The restaurant itself is unkempt, with dirty windows, floors, counters, and tables. The food and drink preparation area is chaotic. After seeing this, myself and other customers waiting in line decided to leave. This is not just a one-time occurrence, as there are long-term urine stains in the bathroom. The car park has accumulated weeks and months worth of trash. If this is the standard of Starbucks today, I have no intention of returning. Sincerely, Davis.

The bathrooms were filthy and smelled terrible. The parking lot was full of trash and had potholes. The coffee was lukewarm. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

The tables were left uncleared, the seating was dirty and stained, and the staff kept disappearing making it difficult for customers to find them. There was an unpleasant smell in the toilet area and the restaurant was in desperate need of refurbishment. It felt like a cafe that Starbucks had forgotten about.

This place is soulless, tired, scruffy and not particularly clean. It is a characterless, 'featureless ' single space. Desperately needs a revamp, brightening and new soft furniture. Horrid. The coffee, understandably, is standard Starbucks

Needed a drink so stopped off here just of A55 North wish we hadn't! Outside is scruffy, tables are dirty, untidy inside, filthy toilets with neither ladies of gents hand dryers working, grubby windows, and massively overpriced rinks and food. I went in and left my wife outside whilst I went in and ordered. The lady who took my order asked me for my name to write on the cups. I looked round and as I was the only person actually in the place I asked why she needed to write my name on the cups I really don't believe she could lose me but she insisted that they have to do it! Ludicrous particularly as the other assistant was already making my drinks as we were having this conversation! Talk about non thinking jobsworths! Avoid this place like the plague!
