The Fry Inn - Flintshire

I ordered 2 fish and chips and 1 large order of sausage and chips. I also got a few potato fritters on the side. The food was of very high quality. I judge a restaurant based on the quality of their chips, and I am happy to say that they were excellent with no bad ones in sight. This is a rare occurrence, so well done! Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere were all rated a perfect 5 out of 5.

SHOCKING PLACE. Ordered food quarter to eight rang up to make sure this was okay we arrive and the blinds are down. Someone answers and says we’ve binned your food. What a poor excuse why didn't they ring to say that. Or when we rang in the first place why didn’t they just say sorry we can’t take orders this late. They either cooked the food and kept it for themselves to take home or they didn't even cook it in the first place. Can’t leave a review for the food because we didn’t even get any. Shocking place worst customer satisfaction ever would not recommend to anyone. And will be telling people not to go there. What a way to ruin your customer reputation word of mouth goes along way. This chip shop is excellent - the food is freshly cooked to order and our whole family enjoyed it. We will definitely be going back again. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was very clean.

The chips at this restaurant are the best I've ever had, although sometimes when it's busy, you might not receive your full order. Make sure to check your bag before you leave. Apart from that, I had no other complaints. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive top ratings of 5.
