Delish. Everything seemed as fresh as it should be. The sandwich was made right. The girl listened and made a great job.
I ordered online it's just faster but I literally waited for someone to show up to give me my order I paid for online I thought it would be faster but was wrong 5 minutes into waiting a young man can from the other side of the store and helped me mind you the guy that was behind me been waiting a few minutes before anyone even noticed us standing there... Our sandwiches was good we ordered so that kinda makes up for waiting ig... Definitely wasn't worth almost 18.00 though for 2 foot longs with a coupon....
My 3 year old son and I went in to Subway tonight. It was Cassy working and she was so friendly! She was really nice to my son. The food was great but the service was exceptional! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
Unfortunately there are very few options for food to-go in Florala and another restaurant(Huddle House is closing this week. The closest place other than the two or three spots in town is 30 miles away and so if you live in this area you 're stuck with little choices. The staff at this location is generally friendly and efficient but the company policies and lack of any real interest to provide quality customer satisfaction is pervasive. Despite numerous attempts to take advantage of the special deals offered in the advertisements aired for this area, we have never been able to do so and the answer is always the same: we can 't do anything about the app or website . There is never any attempt by the staff to make it right just a take it or lump it attitude. I find this total lack of any concern by this particular location and it 's owners to provide basic customer service even more offensive than the fact that they know the website and app are not effective and have done nothing about that. This franchise owner realizes that it can pretty much do as it pleases because we really have no other options and fully takes advantage of this situation. I definitely choose to shop locally, even though it is almost always more expensive, less quality and fewer options but we need to keep what little retail and services we have or Florala will become more of a ghost town than it is, but I will not shop at this Subway or the Gitty-Up and Go gas station in Florala because of its smug attitude and extremely bad customer and community service. I hope others will follow my example.
