Thai Tation - FLOREAT

I used to enjoy the food at this restaurant, but it has really gone downhill. I will not be coming back. The staff were not very attentive. I spent $50 on takeaway for 2 people. The crispy chilli chicken tasted like it had been reheated too many times, with hardly any chicken and a plastic-like batter. The sauce with the corn cob was unpleasant. The Surf Turf Pad Thai was burnt, with only 1 prawn and very little meat, if any at all. Overall, it was a terrible dinner experience.

I had the best Massaman Curry in Perth at this restaurant! The drunken noodles were spicy and delicious as well. The staff were lovely and provided great service. Thank you for bringing authentic and delicious food to our suburb.

The customer service at this restaurant was very lacking. During dinner, we received no acknowledgment from the staff and had to constantly grab their attention to be seated, receive a menu, place our order, order more items, and check on a delayed item. It seems like they may be understaffed or unprofessional and disorganized. Additionally, it would be better if the staff wore more appropriate work attire instead of gym wear with shorts. Despite these issues, the food itself was actually quite good.

Ordered satay chicken and spring rolls with a green curry for mains. Great quality food, excellent produce, solid serving presented beautifully, delicious and authentic. The dining area is open and welcoming. It is well priced and the lunch specials are super reasonable. Will definitely be back! Thank you.

My absolute favourite Thai restaurant. The food is always fresh, and great quality and the staff are all so friendly and helpful. I hope you do well, because you deserve it.
