Outback Steakhouse Florence Ky

We have been dining at this restaurant for about 6 months now. The food and service are excellent. We have never encountered any issues. The manager is very friendly and frequently checks on the tables to ensure that we are receiving good service and delicious food.

We made a reservation but still had to wait for quite a while. However, our waitress was amazing! We were quite demanding but she was very kind and promptly provided us with everything we needed. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name as I would have liked to mention it. The lighting in the restaurant was also lovely and very unique.

Great meal and great server. Only complaint is that every Outback you go into is freezing!!!!

We dined here Tuesday at 3PM on a whim, made the reservation online too. We walked in before we were scheduled and was seated immediately, they weren’t busy at all. Sara was our waitress, she was very nice and attentive. I ordered the chicken sandwich, it was really good but very wet. It was dripping all over my plate. My friend ordered off the appetizer menu. She got a small order of coconut shrimp with some tangy sauce that I couldn’t determine what it was made of, it was good but different, and an order of cheese fries which ended up being massive! Overall, good experience and would come back to this location.

Sophia was an excellent server. Food was hot and fresh. Thank you for an enjoyable lunch! Job very well done by entire team.
