Feedback gevenMy man and I eat every time in michelin star restaurants when we visit a new country, and I have to say that was by far one of the best meal we had. the staff was friendly and polite and the service was impeccable. the food was beautifully presented, with every little detail carefully planned (also until the choice of the teller) . the burst of the aromas and textures was indescribable, incredibly tasty, creatiw, mature and complex dishes from a brilliant chef!
I had the lunch menu (which is a mix of diners from classic and inspiring menu that will change regularly) that is €80 for four courses (available only for lunch) and it was an amazing experience. had two amuse bouche fake tomato that seems meat patty filling, and smoked eel with buoy that was very refreshing and I really enjoyed it. I am most impressed by the often baked brot that was served hot with crispy crust and soft interieur. the first cure was cream brûlée by foie gras the second cure was taglierini with babysquids salbei and chili pfeffer. that was a funny dish that I don't really enjoy the sauce. third dish was deer vanison, which was very delicate and perfectly cooked dessert was cheesecake served w mango sorbet, which was great finish in the set menu the restaurant was not very large, so most tables can see that the cook prepare their plate through the window of the kitchen. each staff has friendly smiles and declare every court very patient. I enjoyed the whole experience very much!
The best restaurant in florenz cozy restaurant, good eating and beautiful service. the purple risotto is the best risotto I ever had and should visit them and find it on the menu then don't hesitate to order it and buy a bottle of italian best bubbly wein their franciacorta a heavenly combination.
A 1 Michelin star restaurant, which offers a tasting menu (with options) during lunch. menu also comes with an impressive list of possible food allergies that are displayed with each menu item, they will do their best to avoid or replace them. wein pairing available. excellent eating and impeccable service (most employees speak fluent English.) bathroom could be cleaner.
It was one of the highlights of my trip in Firenze. Staffs were attentive and friendly from the moment I entered the restaurant. They picked a really delicious white wine, blend of Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay and Sauvignon, to go with my lunch. The restaurant is beautifully designed with elegant and sophisticated ambience. The pasta with baby squid was very tasty and the cheesecake was a “wow”!
