Blue Coast Burrito - Florence

What a wonderful restaurant! The food is delicious, and they definitely give generous portions. The prices are also very reasonable.

We packed up and went back to the restaurant. Expecting a smooth resolution, I went inside to kindly explain the situation. However, the gentleman I spoke with insinuated that I was lying about my order. He was rude and insisted that the queso was included, claiming it was sitting in a brown bag right there. I explained that it must have ended up in someone else's order, but he rolled his eyes and said there was no one else there. To be clear, there was a man ordering right behind me. I was shocked that he would accuse me of dishonesty. I let him know that I had paid over $10 plus tax for the queso and wasn't leaving without it. After a series of dismissive comments, he finally gave me the queso—albeit reluctantly and rudely. I understand that restaurants sometimes face challenges with people trying to get free food, but this experience was uncalled for and honestly offensive. It'll be a long time before we consider returning to this location. If they could provide better service, it would go a long way. We even left them a tip because we were initially pleased with our experience. There’s no reason I should have been treated like a liar when all I wanted was what I had rightly paid for.

I really love Blue Coast Burrito and I wish we had one in Huntsville, Alabama!

Best fish taco I have ever had! I ordered the three Baja tacos. I loved how the fresh was cut and cooked and the combination of flavors! Fast service! It tastes fresh and delicious! We are only here one day and I plan to come back tomorrow!

I was gonna grab Five Guys then saw this place next door. Had to see what it was about. Got the shrimp taco basket, Baja style. I'm from Southern California, and these were by far the best shrimp tacos I've had since moving to the south 4 years ago. Props to you guys, keep it up! Definitely will be back!
