Feedback gevenI recently had a DoorDash order and, as I've done numerous times before, I asked for my meal by name. The employee handed me my order but then expressed that he trusted me; he just needed to see the app on my phone. This interaction felt off, and unfortunately, I couldn't help but think it was because I was the only person of color picking up a DoorDash order, despite the app clearly stating that orders would be on the rack inside the store. Moving forward, I will only accept orders from your morning crew, who have always treated me with respect. This experience was degrading, and while I've sensed negative vibes before, this was by far the worst I've encountered at such an upscale establishment that prides itself on its standards.
Terrible customer service. I waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru without anyone taking my order, while the other lane managed to process four orders. I kept waiting until I finally drove up to the window to place my order, and the staff made a face at me. They eventually took my order at the window and then asked me to pull up. After a long wait, I finally received my food, only to realize they hadn’t given me my card or receipt. I had to go inside to ask for my card back. It seemed like there was nothing but kids working there—where are the adults? It’s no surprise the service was so slow. I won’t be returning to this location.
The service was absolutely terrible. While the ingredients are decent, the service is on par with that of McDonald's. This has been the case every single time I've visited.
Good food, service was as quick as they could possibly be, and I had no issues!
Ordered take out on the app when we parked. We walked inside to use the restroom and it was already ready to be picked up. Quick and clean.
