Cicis - Florence

I've been here for a while, now they've finished JUNK!!! 1. of all no ranch for salads, no pizza 's ready, no bread sticks then we are told there are NO DEEPDISH CRUST this was before 2 o'clock. how could they be outside already!!! Then the pizza 's that were cold was just 2 pizza 's, that are what most people want cuz they 't make, the staff 's seem lazy slack!! also nooo sweet tea we were just shocked how bad it was, we will not be back to this joke of a restaurant!!! NEW ADMINISTRATIVE EMPLOYMENT 'S that CARE ON THE COMPANY CUSTOMER 'S! We loved to come here!! Posting pictures of only 2 pizzas available!!!

This location is constantly on the hill. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door that apologised that there was no salad for the salad bar that I could deal with to continue. We ordered two buffets and 2 Coca Colas just to find out later that half of the soda machine was out of order, including coke, cherry coke and lemonade. The paste was dried and crispy. The buffet was never kept more than 50 percent, although there was a selection of only 4 types of pizza or undercooked cheese bread. One third of the tables was dirty, and I would understand if they were short, but there were at least 4 to 5 employees standing around speaking and wiping. One I think was the manager. This location must reassess its management.

This is always a favorite for large groups especially for children. We had a birthday party here, school trips and family together. The staff is always helpful and nice. It's clean and always has hot food. Sometimes the salad bar is not pulled out, but this is only when there is a lack of these selected products and I just saw that this happens twice. You will repair a pizza that is milk-free when your allergic. All fixations have no cheese. You have a wide selection of drinks and the TV is on children's shows. The dessert is absolutely amazing and the bread sticks. The only reason I gave him a 3 for atmosphere is because they usually play music that is not always family-friendly. It always plays extremely loud and when the area is full, it has a lot of noise. It is also very cold in place. I found out when it's time for dinner and not many people in the area of dinning. I worked in marketing and some companies will make it colder in their dinning area if they want people to eat and go fast. This does not make them stay and eat as much as they would if it were warmer. This may not be the case, but it seems strange that it is so cold. I'm hot nature and my nose was cold and our family couldn't hardly enjoy us because of the cold. This is a stupid thing to complain about, but it happened a few times. Overall, it is a great place and it is pizza honestly not so bad and worth the cold.

We're here when they opened a weekday. Pasta was cold and had only pepperoni and sausage pizza. Up to almost 12 had no more flavors. Came Saturday night. Not much more variety on pizza, the place is dirty, and there was fat on the floor that I almost pushed up and the employee just ignored me when I mentioned it to him. I'll never eat here again.

Service was slow. You could tell the young man at the front was new. Hopefully he gets more training. But my pizza turned out great.
