I first dined at CiCi's in Texas years ago, and the pizza was much better there with a greater variety and more generous toppings. I'm not sure why it's so different here. Overall, it was acceptable when looking for a quick meal option for four 19-year-olds.
We traveled from central Ohio where we don't have any Cicis restaurants left, so we were thrilled to come across one along our route. There was no wait, everything was in good working order and clean. The staff seemed a bit tired and quiet, but not rude. The kids enjoyed playing games, although the game card system was confusing. The pizza, salad, pasta, and desserts were all delicious, and they kept putting out fresh items even though it was a bit slow. We really miss having Cicis and this one had all the traditional offerings we were craving.
I stopped by for dinner tonight and had a great time. The staff was friendly and constantly working to ensure the food was fresh and the store was clean. I will definitely be returning. Thank you for the wonderful experience and keep up the good work!
Authentic Italian Pizzaria, what can be said that hasn't already been said about the authenticity that is Cici's Pizza. When I first visited this location, I lost track of where I was. Before entering the establishment, I was in Florence Kentucky, when I entered the building I thought I was in downtown Italy. Although this restaurant is not the typical format, you order the pizza and then pick it up at the counter, it's the type of restaurant that wants you to get exercise before consuming their authentic Italian delicacies. This should be on everyone's bucket list to visit before you kick the bucket. If I could rate this at 6 stars, I would rate it at 7 Pepperoni's!
CiCi's is a buffet so there is no service. The food is really good. I will go back again.
