Incredible food! Loved the execution of fusion dishes. The tacos were loaded with meat and packed with flavor. The brisket with horseradish crema really kicks! The Birria ramen hit all the right notes with the Mexican spices, onion cilantro and corn paired with the umami of the ramen broth. All their ramen is available with gluten free rice noodles instead of the wheat noodles. Rice bowls our friends got also looked incredible. Great portions and service. If you pass through Florence you have to stop by and check it out. Rotating menu of specials and I especially like how they do special themed food nights.
