Great American Cookies - Florence

Ordered birthday cookie cake on 10/5 for 10/6 pickup. On 10/6, I went to pick up the cookie cake and it had not been made. They failed to recognize the online order. To make matters worse, they could not refund my money at the store. I was told by Kevin, Mgr, that it would be refunded in a couple days. Over a week later, I still have not received my refund. BUYER BEWARE!

Always do an awesome job. Called ahead of time to confirm the decor for the cake just to make sure, efficient!

They r just good cookies and have a variety!! The only thing i miss is the strawberry cookies during valentines I think they should have them year around!
