Kfc - Florence

The staff at this restaurant were very friendly. The food was delicious and I received enough to have two meals for only $6.

Biscuits were a little firm but other that that it was great

I would give this restaurant 2 stars, but their health score was 96. I ordered a 4-piece tender meal, but the tenders were overcooked and hard. The fries were also overcooked and hard, and the biscuit was old and tough. However, my wife enjoyed the lemonade.

I came home with the worst-looking chicken I have ever seen. All the breading had come off and was just lying in the bucket. It didn't even look like fried chicken. It was a bad experience and I won't be returning.

This restaurant is extremely understaffed and lacks communication. I had to wait 20 minutes before being informed that my food would be delayed another 25 minutes, despite ordering ahead. The establishment received a health score of 78, with sticky floors and dead bugs near the windows. The owner of this restaurant is negligent and needs to improve their business. It is disheartening to witness such lack of professionalism.
