I will not do business with a restaurant that hassles their customers for a donation.

The two stars for service is for whoever runs the cash register in the window, he’s super nice. Everything else sucks. I have now gone back through TWICE because the first time my iced caramel macchiato was straight milk, even the guy at the window said “yeah there doesn’t look like there is any coffee in that” and the new one they gave me is HOT with the ice melting at the top, so now I’m having to go INSIDE for a THIRD one. Lunch and dinner is fine, but breakfast sucks. And the teens they have working are obviously spiteful. Mad because I came back through to fix something I PAID for? Train your people better and fix their attitudes. Or don’t hire teens.
