The manager was rude, and they didn’t answer their phone. We were asked to wait while they cooked more eggs, which took 25 minutes while we sat there.
I visited the restaurant this morning, but part of my order was incorrect. I asked to speak with the manager, who I believe is about 30 years old and named James, based on what he told me. Unfortunately, he was rude and unprofessional during our interaction. He treated me poorly and also displayed a lack of respect towards his employees. Overall, the customer service was unacceptable!
You can't beat a sausage/cheese biscuit, hathbrown and a drink for $4.
The food is like always but the customer service is very lacking and slow. It is near impossible to get people who will actually work when they're on the clock and I understand the struggle because I have my own business doing home remodeling projects and cannot find anyone who knows anything about what needs to be done that will actually work while they're there. Good luck with any improvements on service
